1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Order details you give Razorpay at payment: name, email, phone number, payment status and payment ID. We receive these from Razorpay; we do not receive your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Messages you send us (email address and the content of your query).
• Usage data (pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, ad interaction) collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel, only if you click Accept on our cookie notice.

3. Why we use it

• To process your order, deliver files and give support.
• To keep records required by law (for example tax and accounting).
• To measure and improve our advertising and website, where you have consented.

4. Who we share it with

Razorpay (payments); Meta Platforms (advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel, if you consent); Cloudflare (website hosting and security); our email provider; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

If you accept, the Meta Pixel records events such as page views, checkout starts and purchases so we can measure ads. If you decline, it is not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

6. How long we keep it

Order and payment records for as long as the law requires (typically up to 8 years for accounting). Support emails for up to 2 years. Then we delete or anonymise them.

7. Your rights

In line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data and withdraw consent. Email unityventures09@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS. Payments are handled on Razorpay's secure pages. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

9. Children

This product is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
