Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital product

Our products are digital PDFs delivered immediately after payment. Because they cannot be returned once downloaded, orders cannot be cancelled after delivery. Refunds are limited to the three cases below.

The only cases we refund

• You were charged but did not get access to your files, and we could not fix it within 48 hours of your contacting us.
• The file is corrupted or will not open on a standard PDF reader, and we could not replace it.
• You were charged twice for the same order (we refund the duplicate).

How to ask

Email unityventures09@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your name, the email and phone used at checkout, your Razorpay payment ID and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Not covered

Everything else, including change of mind after download, not using the product, or results that differ from your expectations. We do not guarantee any business result.
