1. Who we are

2. What you are buying

A digital PDF, "The Real Estate AI Playbook", and, if you choose it, the PDF "30-Day Follow-Up Sequences". No physical item is shipped. See our Delivery Policy.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and shown at checkout: ₹499 for the playbook, ₹199 for the optional kit. The price shown is the final amount payable. No GST is currently charged. Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Licence and acceptable use

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own work. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute the files, or share your download link.

5. Educational purpose and no guarantee

The content is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. We do not guarantee any result, income, lead, sale or closing. AI tools can produce wrong or invented information: you are responsible for checking every fact, number and claim, and for following RERA, advertising, data-protection, messaging and portal rules that apply to you.

7. Intellectual property

All content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Product and company names mentioned belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make using the content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the seller's place of business shown on our Contact page, in India, have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this site when you buy applies to your purchase.
